Elevation Lounge (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who apply for employment with us. This Employment Applicant Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain information submitted through this online employment application.

Background Checks
Depending on the position and applicable law, the Company may request employment verification, reference checks, driving-record checks, criminal-history information, or other background-screening information.
When a background report is obtained from a third-party consumer reporting agency, the Company will provide any disclosure, authorization, notices, and rights required by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws. Any required background-check authorization will be presented separately from this privacy statement.
How Information May Be Shared
Applicant information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

The Company does not sell applicant personal information for monetary compensation.

Data Retention

Unless a longer period is required by law or Company policy, applicant records may be retained for approximately 365 days after the hiring decision or the applicant’s last activity.

At-Will Employment Notice
